Mega Man 2 Female Robot Master...

inally finished all the ladies today. Mega Man 2 is my hands down fave in the series. I may do 3 but I'm still on the fence on it. I got some other ideas brewin' that I want to work on. Some more retro gaming related paintings and other OC designs. Thanks for all the feedback on this little experiment of mine.

The Ghost in the Machine is my new Spiritual Adviser...

Acrylic on masonite panels. Total size 6 feet by 4 feet. One of the bigger pieces I have done in quite a while. Done for the "Assimilation" show this Friday in Gainesville with sculptor Celino Dimitroff.

Shyloh 6 page preview...

Pages shown are still in progress... I am extending the usual 7 story chapter to 10 pages. Trying some different things with the visuals. Putting more black for contrast and trying some different pacing and structure to hopefully tell a better story. This particular arc leads to the origin chapter. Its fun having the freedom to experiment with this medium and seeing it published. The Chalkline guys are awesome and I think we are building up something pretty cool. Next year it gonna be a great year for us. I can't wait to hit the convention circuit!

60 days of the daily sketch!

2 months of daily sketches. Gonna take a couple days off to get some personal issues taken care of. Will be back on Monday to start a new streak! Thanks to everyone who has commented and pushed me to keep it going.

New Paintings and Art Show '08...

These are some new pieces for the Vestal Art on the Rocks show(February 8, 2008). The show was a great success. I sold 4 paintings and two prints and might be asked to do an interview for an underground art magazine. Sweet! Not holding my breath on the interview, but a great way to start out the year nonetheless.
